Main responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions to enhance our digital health platforms
* Develop and oversee federated learning systems that protect patient data while enabling powerful insights
* Create and implement predictive models that personalize care journeys and identify health risks early
* Spearhead the development of AI-powered engagement tools, including intelligent chatbots and recommendation systems
* Drive innovation in data engineering, ensuring scalable and secure handling of complex healthcare data
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into meaningful patient outcomes
* Mentor and develop a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers

About you
* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
* Proven track record in developing and deploying production-ready machine learning models in healthcare or related industries
* Deep expertise in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and managing large-scale data systems
* Strong understanding of healthcare analytics and data standards
* Outstanding ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
* Passion for improving healthcare access and patient experiences through innovative technology
