As our Payroll Specialist, you will join our great team of payroll specialist who provides payroll, HR support and administration to Managers, employees, People & Business Partners to ensure well-functioning payroll processes and correct payment to our employees.

More fun things you will do:
* Participate in projects and seek out ways to improve systems and processes
* Development of existing systems and use of systems to its full potential
* Have ongoing contact with external payroll providers
* Perform Internal Controls according to SOX
* Process the payroll data in an organized and structured manner
* Keep track of all payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks
* Prepare payroll reports and provide monthly payroll data in agreed format to vendor´s
* Payroll systems superuser (Workday & Quinyx)

You will contribute with your great knowledge in:
* Payroll systems and time reporting
* Swedish Employment Legislation and Collective Agreements
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll
* Ability to work with various software systems and proficient knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas
You will be located at our beautiful HQ in Malmö. We work in a global setup, so if you have experience with payroll in a global setting, that's very welcomed!
