This role is rooted in data-driven decision-making, helping to elevate channel strategy, optimise influencer activations, and strengthen our brand presence worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Development
* Define and evolve the global influencer operations approach to support long-term marketing objectives.
* Build and optimize channel strategies, leveraging insights to guide future activations and improve performance.
* Partner with relevant parties to align influencer initiatives with broader brand and business goals.
Performance Analysis & Insights
* Lead and oversee global performance tracking and reporting, ensuring clarity and transparency across all campaigns.
* Analyze influencer activations at a holistic level, identify data trends, and draw actionable conclusions to improve ROI.
* Conduct A/B testing and apply data-driven insights to optimize strategies and execution.
* Take part in providing regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, successes, and opportunities for growth
