The Opportunity

We are seeking a Supplier Manager for the Merchant Acquiring division, who will manage both internal partners (e.g., Bank Acquiring) and external suppliers (e.g., SIX, Iliad).

Day-to-day responsabilities

* Supplier selection, audits, and risk management

* Contract negotiation, management, SLA definition and CLM

* Price and cost management

* Supplier relationship management

* KPIs, performance monitoring, and benchmarking and SLA adherence review

* SLA breach handling

* Planning, and budget oversight

* Quality, complaints, and escalation management

Who Are We Looking For

* Ideally several years of experience in supplier management for financial services, payments, or acquiring ecosystems

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence without authority

* Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and communication skills

* Motivated, reliable, goal-oriented team player; proactive in issue resolution and conflict management

* Flexible and able to work under pressure; willing to engage with global partners as needed

* Excellent command of written and spoken English; German and French languages a plus

* Deadline-driven, with professional planning, negotiation, and presentation skills
