Job Description:

We are looking for a Process Quality Lead for İzmir who will be ensuring production process optimization, maintain high-quality standards, manage risk assessments, lead root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain quality control charts and establish control points for critical parameters.
* Conduct Loss Gap Analysis (LGA) and prioritize key production parameters and equipment.
* Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Perform risk assessments using PFMEA and develop mitigation strategies.
* Analyze workflows (WPA) to improve efficiency and reduce variability.
* Ensure effectiveness of inline measurement systems.

Qualifications
* BSc degree in Engineering.
* Excellent knowledge of writing and speaking in English
* Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and computer literacy.
* Willingness to work in a production environment.
* Understanding of quality tools and continuous improvement methods.
