We are looking for Gym Supervisor with the qualifications below:

* A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members
* Degree in Sports Sciences (BESYO) or a recognised fitness certification.
* Instructional and motivational skills
* Being approachable and reliable
* Accurate and structured way of working
* Service oriented
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays 
* Spoken and written fluency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION

* Welcome and care of the guests during their stay at Cowshed Active 
* Preparation and issuance of non - alcoholic beverages
* Deliver fitness programmes and provide personal training sessions when requested
* Monitor the performance of fitness instructors and support their professional development.
* Expert advice tour guests about the full range of courses, personal training and fitness equipment of the Cowshed Active area
* Creating vouchers
* Billing of services the guest has used at the end of their stay
* Compliance with order and cleanliness in the complete Cowshed Active Area
* Replenishing towels and products
* Filling up the water jugs and provide fresh glasses
* To assist and to ensure that all new starters feel welcome and settled in their new role
