Your responsibilities

- Oversee the entire amendment process for our product lines, focusing on precision and compliance with our renowned quality standards.
- Lead and nurture an expert team, directing the amendment journey to deliver top-notch results.
- Enhance collaboration across various departments, aligning the amendment processes smoothly with our shared company vision.
- Pioneer and integrate advancements to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness within the product customisation flow.
- Connect with suppliers to secure product excellence, negotiating effectively while upholding our high-quality benchmarks.

The experience we're looking for

- Comprehensive experience in supply chain roles, ideally within consumer goods or pharmaceuticals, with a track record of delivering custom manufactured solutions.
- Proven track record of enhancing supply chain or manufacturing processes, with an eye for innovation and detail.
- Strong command of supply chain systems and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Excellent communicator, adept at negotiation and forging robust relationships.
- Educated to at least Bachelor's degree level in a relevant field, with further qualifications seen as a bonus.
- Knowledgeable in regulatory standards and health and safety regulations, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
