Quality Manager (Bursa)

This is a team management role reporting to an experienced Senior Factory Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Quality Systems & Standards
* Lead the implementation,and continuous improvement of site-wide quality systems in alignment with corporate standards and applicable regulations
* Ensure consistent application of quality control measures throughout production, from raw material receipt to final product release
* Maintain and audit all relevant documentation to ensure traceability, consistency, and compliance
Audit & Compliance Oversight
* Prepare for and manage external and internal audits, including those from customers, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities
* Ensure up-to-date knowledge and application of applicable standards (e.g., ISO 9001, regulatory frameworks, internal policies)
* Lead root cause investigations and the timely execution of corrective/preventive actions
Performance Monitoring & Process Improvement
* Analyze quality performance indicators and identify trends, deviations, and areas for process optimization
* Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to proactively solve quality-related challenges
* Support the site's broader operational efficiency and reliability goals by contributing to improvement initiatives
Team Development & Leadership
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals responsible for in-process control, laboratory testing, and system compliance
* Drive ownership and engagement by building a site-wide culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
* Coordinate and deliver training related to quality awareness, operational standards, and inspection protocols
Risk & Incident Management
* Ensure robust product traceability and recall procedures are in place and regularly tested
* Lead the investigation and management of any quality-related incidents or escalations
* Actively participate in plant risk assessments and crisis preparedness activities
