A Social Value Manager delivering impactful, client-focused social value across major central government programmes. Working within the responsible business team, they shape innovative solutions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and drive effective partnerships with contractors and consultants to achieve market-leading, measurable social outcomes.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering social value consultancy across all RIBA stages.
* Meeting client requirements and programme level SV commitments.
* Planning and coordinating SV activities and in person events.
* Setting KPIs and report measurable outcomes.
* Building strong client and project team relationships.
* Supporting bids, networking and service growth.
* Producing reports, valuations and case studies.
* Enabling collaboration, training and wider responsible business support.
You'll need to have:
* Experience delivering social value on major projects, ideally with public sector or construction exposure.
* Strong communication, stakeholder influence and problem solving skills.
* Knowledge of current social value policies, models and delivery approaches.
* Effective organiser with solid IT skills and a professional, collaborative approach.
