Joining us as a Revenue Growth Manager Lead means being a key player in our ambition to be a global snacking powerhouse. This role will allow you to shape the future of our European Business while collaborating on transformational initiatives. You will inspire and influence cross functional colleagues to provoke action, focused on driving strategic growth for (COMPANY NAME) and beyond, whilst being responsible for developing and driving a long-term strategy across various streams like implementing trade promotion optimization, scoping future of field sales GTM Tech or driving European wide capability building RGM programme.

You will have flexibility in a hybrid role (required to be in our European head office - Dublin Airport, 3 days a week). The RGM team attend the office on a Tuesday and the 2nd & 3rd days are flexible/choice of the employee. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

* Lead- Own the link between IT, technology providers and cross functional teams in EU to ensure effective tools and ways of working across the region.

* Collaborate- Find out the current state of play and build playbooks for allocated streams in terms of ways of working, look of success and future potential across Europe. This will be followed by project and change management plans to deliver the evolution of our streams across people, tech, and processes.

* Transform- Showcase your perspective on what our tools and business systems could look like and bring our passionate people on a journey from the current state to the future.

* Inspire - Grow strong cross functional relationships to facilitate the delivery of our plans and inspire others to have an RGM mindset, while helping to build our capability across the business at all levels.

We're Looking for Someone With

* Experience across commercial, finance, IT and/or general management within FMCG is essential.

* Change management knowledge and experience.

* High level understanding and experience of utilizing tools and capabilities needed to sell.

* Ability to tell a story through a presentation, turning data into insight, into action.
