THE JOB
The VIP Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in the tactical management and execution of the suite of premium offers and custom programs for Ticketmaster Music in the UK/IRL/EMEA. Once tour-based programs are approved by an artist, the VIP Partnerships Manager assesses the level of complexity of the tour and assembles the appropriate teams and resources to successfully launch, run and report on the tour-based programs, while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

The VIP Partnerships Manager acts as an advocate of the artist within Ticketmaster, representing their interests, making decisions on their behalf, and working within Ticketmaster to meet/exceed the established goals for the tour. This role is also relied upon to be a valuable resource in assessing the viability and success of tour offerings, as well as to provide critical insight into the touring business as a whole.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Drive overall client satisfaction by managing VIP programmes for high-value tours across UK/IRL/EMEA, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client needs from onboarding through settlement.
* Lead account management and oversight for VIP accounts, onboarding and educating clients on various Ticketmaster programs, tools, and processes.
* Lead ideation for tour-specific, customized ticketing & marketing campaigns that enable VIP providers to capture data and demand, sell more tickets, connect with more fans, merchandise their offers, optimize pricing, maximize revenue, understand their data, and prevent fraud and abuse.
* Oversees VIP positioning for high-demand onsales, ensuring clear information flow, proactive risk mitigation, and understands system capabilities and limitations.
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, including, but not limited to, Artist & Promoter Relations, EMEA market representatives, finance, legal, marketing, event and marketplace operations, data teams, product, and engineering, to drive integrated solution VIP business goals and initiatives.
* Manage and motivate various cross-functional team members toward meeting client expectations regarding established tour objectives and desired outcomes.
* Audit and validate financial and sales data across tours and shows, ensuring accuracy in reporting, invoicing, and settlement. Implement checks and controls to maintain compliance and integrity.
* Champion process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across VIP operations & markets.
* Assist with administrative departmental functions such as monthly reporting, invoicing, contracts, and information gathering, as needed. Ensure correct, timely and accurate delivery of such reports.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
* Bachelor's degree and proven years of music industry experience.
* Previous experience at a ticketing company, music label, management company or talent agency preferred.
* Self-starter, with a bias toward action and execution.
* Passion for music.
* Must be highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Salesforce experience a plus.
* Strong data analysis and auditing skills, including advanced Excel and experience validating financial and sales data for accuracy and compliance.
* Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently.
* Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* Must conduct all matters and communications in a professional and courteous manner as a representative of the company.
* Must be a proactive problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small.
* An understanding of marketing (especially digital and social media marketing) for music artists is a huge plus
* Demonstrated ability to manage cross-departmental projects, for teams working towards the same goal
