Description

As an UGG Stock Room Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You understand the importance our modeling our Service Training Program and you greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store. You ensure that all customer questions are addressed accurately and responded to before they leave. You provide exceptional service from start to finish, including effectively communicating our return policy. You maintain a positive, cheerful attitude with customers and team members and promote the store and brand image in all interactions including adhering to a dress code. You provide exceptional customer service to both our in-store customers and those who call on the phone. You assist the team with getting product for their customers. You help maintain the organization of the stockroom. You participate in weekly stock deliveries. You can act as a stockroom runner liasing between staff on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

We are looking for Part-Time Stockroom Associates to join us on contracts ranging from 8-16 hours per week.

We Would Love to Hear From People With:
· Previous Retail experience is a plus
-Previous Retail experience working in a stockroom
