NET-A-PORTER are now seeking a talented Merchandiser to join the team. Reporting into the Merchandising Manager, you will be tasked with supporting in all aspects of the merchandising process to plan, forecast and trade a department, which ties in with the luxury division's strategic direction, maximizing the profit opportunities for the company. Some of the essentials for you to know are:
Location: Our Westfield office in Shepherd's Bush
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Plan seasonal OTB and collaborate with Buying to deliver balanced, customer-focused ranges within budget.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure exclusives and optimize margins.
* Monitor sell-through, deliveries, and performance, taking decisive action when needed.
* Manage forecasts, WSSIs, markdowns, margins, and closing stocks to maximize profitability.
* Provide analysis to support strategic decisions across Merchandising and the wider business.
* Anticipate trends and ensure fashion-forward, relevant assortments.
* Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve processes and results.
* Lead and develop your team through coaching, training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
* Champion the company vision, values, and profitability goals, driving full-price sell-through and team pride.

* Proven ability to drive business impact through merchandising, ideally within multi-brand luxury retail.
* Strong judgment and decision-making skills, confident in taking calculated risks.
* Excellent market, customer, and brand awareness, with a genuine passion for product.
* Experience in fast-paced luxury retail environments with strong communication skills.
* Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
