Menswear Department Manager - Selfridges

We are looking for a commercial and driven Department Manager to lead the Dior Menswear boutique in Selfridges. The successful candidate will be an inspirational leader who is able to build a strong team spirit and lead the team to the achievement of individual and shared goals with passion and enthusiasm. This is a full-time role which requires flexibility to work Monday to Sunday on early and late shifts.
Previous management retail experience, ideally in the luxury Strong expertise in menswear Excellent communication and relationship building Outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion A passion for Christian Dior and our collections Strong knowledge of fashion and trends Fluency in a second language (preferred)
