About the Role
We're looking for Channel Operation Analyst to join our high-performing sales operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who's eager to learn, develop analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience supporting commercial success.
You'll work alongside experienced professionals and cross-functional partners, helping to keep sales activities running smoothly - from opportunity identification to contract execution. Along the way, you'll build a strong foundation in sales operations, data analysis, and business processes, while contributing insights that drive growth and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing
* Support sales operations initiatives that enable business growth and customer success.
* Assist with contract proposals, tender submissions, and budgeting processes.
* Coordinate sales activities and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with sales, finance, and other internal teams.
* Analyze data and prepare insights to support decision-making.
* Help identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
* Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Who We're Looking For:
You don't need years of experience - we're looking for curiosity, capability, and drive.
Preferred qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Strong academic performance with analytical and quantitative strengths.
* Internship experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not required.
Skills & attributes:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Basic understanding of data analysis and financial concepts
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
* A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
* Professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
