Global Finance Operations
The Global Finance Operations (GFO) team is an organization established within Dow Jones to support the global finance operations of Dow Jones, as well as shared services for NewsCorp HQ and other NewsCorp Companies. The Analyst, GFO, Order Processing is responsible for reviewing and troubleshooting sales orders related to order processing and billing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately within a CRM (Customer Relationship Management)/billing system and in accordance with Sales Order Process (SOP) protocol and other defined business rules. You will also be responsible to work to improve the processes, find efficiencies, and work toward streamlining processes and systems.

Responsibilities

* Process and manage Trial, Sale and Cancellation orders into CRM/billing system for the complete Factiva, R&C, WSJ Corp and eFinancial product suite and ensure that all business rules are followed.
* Entitle users to services they have contracted for, ensuring they have the correct entitlement in accordance with their contract.
* Assist Disputes, Credit Control, and Accounts Receivable and Finance departments with account and client queries.
* Provide backup and data related to billing for Financial Audits.
Qualifications/Requirements
* 1+ years of experience needed
* Positive outlook on change and a flexible approach to the work environment adjusting effectively to new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
* Great attention to detail to ensure every aspect of contracts and terms and conditions are covered.
* Ability to work independently, taking initiative to work through the queues and using best judgment on prioritizing work and what should be flagged on sales orders and contracts
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a solution-oriented approach to problems and attention to details.
* Ability to accurately follow a large set of procedural guidelines.
* Able to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
* Excellent time and resource management skills to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
* Advanced knowledge, understanding internal CRM and Billing Systems
* Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP
