How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to maintain and expand relationships with significant clients within the Food & Pharmaceutical market, whilst always ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will work in close collaboration with various internal departments to maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the Key Accounts, and will be adept in identifying customer needs and requirements in order to achieve sustainable long term success for both parties.
* Work in collaboration with various internal departments
* Maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the Key Account
* Identify customer needs and requirements
* Manage customer relationships to ensure Customers receive value from (COMPANY NAME)'s services.
* Effectively and efficiently plan activities to meet sales objectives, identify competitor threats through networking with customers and share the findings with the business.
* Manage the internal qualification process to identify priorities on sales opportunities.
* Coordinate business areas and sales processes to meet customer needs effectively.

* Demonstrable experience in customer relationship management and value add sales.
* Experience in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
* The ability to speak clearly and communicate information so others can understand.
