In 2005, the Maison launched its leather goods collection and, in 2011, a ready-to-wear collection.

Berluti is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Conduit Store, located in London. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for managing sales, operations, and the Store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and optimal performance. He/she plays a key role within the Store, motivating and inspiring the team to achieve productivity and sales targets. The Assistant Store Manager embodies the role of Ambassador of the Maison, and must be reliable, disciplined, autonomous and enterprising. He/she must also possess excellent leadership and product skills.
Passionate about the world of luxury and retail. Ambassador of the Maison and its values. Solid knowledge of products, trends, and sales techniques. Extensive sales experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector. Exceptional sense of service, ability to take the initiative, commercial initiative in line with the values of the Maison. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Talent for management, coaching and team development. Ability to lead by example. Computer literate
