Mold Cleaning Technician

Job Description:

Eaton's ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Mold Cleaning Technician. The core hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $21.20 per hour.

What you'll do:

This position is responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, minor repair, lubrication, and reassembly of molds and dies.

* Assembles and disassembles molds; cleans, repairs, and lubricates
* Maintains a powered industrial truck license
* Maintains a clean work area
* Follows all environmental and waste disposal rules
* Maintains accurate records
* Recognizes and communicates mold problems
* Follows all safety rules
* Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:
* Experience using inspection measuring equipment (micrometers, etc.)
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a multiple process-manufacturing environment
* Experience with various measuring instruments and ability to read blueprints.
* Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

* Machining apprenticeship or two years of work experience in a machine shop
