Position Summary

(COMPANY NAME) Touche Tohmatsu Services, LLC seeks a Manager, Strategic Planning in Dallas, Texas.
Work You'll Do
Managing the Global Operate work threads for contracting. Providing direction for strategy and development of contracting enablers for Global Operate teams/functions, (COMPANY NAME) Firms and other business areas by Identifying approach modifications, Overseeing the development of network guidance to address market terms and conditions, Standardizing tools (where appropriate), and Leveraging existing best practices from the (COMPANY NAME) Firms, including real-time feedback from the field. Partnering with Global Business leaders to adapt contracting enablers; addressing service-specific nuances in Operate services. Managing the deployment of contracting enablers with input and agreement across businesses. Driving training development and deployment, including the promotion of Operate deal-specific expertise.
Requirements
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business Administration, Engineering (any), Law, Legal Studies, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Contact Manager; Law Associate; Law Clerk; Legal Intern; or Management Consultant-related occupation.
Position requires experience in the following special skills:
* Develop rollouts of global standards utilizing ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce.
* Manage strategy, driving process improvements, best practices, and reusable/repeatable artifacts for organizations.
* Evaluate and identify risk, utilizing contracting tools and resources such as Contract Lifecycle Management and Salesforce.
* Develop systematic risk mitigation approaches such as Contractual and Operational utilizing quantitative risk analysis tools and techniques including Contract Lifecycle Management, SWOT, and Root Cause.
* Review and evaluate buy-in and results among all work-levels, cross-border stakeholders, and sovereign decision makers, utilizing Microsoft Office tools, Tableau, and Teams.
* Lead end-to-end process design, road mapping and deployment for associated enablers, utilizing Microsoft Project, Azure, Jira, and Gitlab.
* Develop training for end use utilizing Articulate, Brainshark, Zoom, and EdApp.
*Telecommuting/working from home allowed within commutable distance.
*Position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
