Job Description:

About this role

Overview
As an Associate on our Talent Practices team, you'll play a key role in shaping the programs and processes that drive performance, growth, and advancement for employees across the company. You'll collaborate with leaders and colleagues who are passionate about helping people build extraordinary careers and are committed to continuously improving how we support and develop our talent.

This role is all about making sure our talent processes run smoothly and feel meaningful for our people. You'll keep projects on track, create resources that make complex ideas simple, and partner with teams to deliver work that truly makes a difference. If you love organizing, communicating clearly, and finding better ways to do things, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:
* Drive Projects Forward: Manage multiple workstreams at once - keeping timelines updated, tracking progress, and anticipating what's next. You'll make sure project plans are current and deadlines are met so our talent practices land seamlessly across the firm.
* Create Clear Communications: Write messages that connect with different audiences - from senior leaders to employees firmwide. You'll also design guides, toolkits, and other resources that make complex information easy to understand and visually appealing. Strong writing and slide design skills will help you turn ideas into materials people actually want to use.
* Partner and Collaborate: Be the go-to partner for junior HR Business Partners, helping them succeed as they bring our practices to life. You'll also work closely with teams like HR Technology, Communications, and Reporting to share updates, solve problems, and keep everyone aligned.
* Own the Details: Pull and organize reports and data, manage logistics, and handle day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Your attention to detail will ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
* Improve and Innovate: Bring fresh ideas and feedback to help us evolve and elevate our talent practices. We're always looking for better ways to work, and your perspective will make a real impact.

What You'll Bring:
* Attention to Detail - You deliver high-quality, accurate work and catch the small things that matter.
* Strong Communication Skills - You write clearly and tailor messages for different audiences, making complex topics easy to understand.
* Design Savvy - You create slides and materials that look great and make sense.
* Organizational Strength - You manage multiple priorities with ease and keep projects moving forward.
* Proactive Mindset - You take initiative, anticipate needs, and help the team stay ahead of timelines.
* Collaborative Spirit - You build strong partnerships and work well with others to get things done.
* Curiosity and Problem-Solving - You ask questions, share ideas, and look for ways to make things better.

Why You'll Love It Here
You'll be part of a team that cares deeply about people and is passionate about making talent practices better every day. You'll have opportunities to learn, grow, and make a real impact, helping shape processes that matter to every employee. Your ideas will be heard, your growth will be supported, and your contributions will be celebrated. For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$130,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
