We are seeking an Aladdin Relationship Manager to work closely with Aladdin clients to be their trusted consultant, problem solver, and business partner - and to take full advantage of Aladdin.

Key responsibilities include:
· Own relationships with client teams including senior management to understand their business objectives and needs, and help them use Aladdin expertise to achieve their firm's goals.
· Support new revenue opportunities with existing clients
· Accountable for a piece of a large client or several small clients, including applying best practices for client management, account planning, managing CRM content
· Develop a strong understanding of the client's business and current priorities.
· Produce and assess KPIs to support internal monitoring.
· Develop an understanding of the client's industry and competitive landscape.
· Collaborate strongly with partner teams managing service, deployments, high value projects, and business development
· Build strong internal relationships within the Aladdin Client Business, and the wider (COMPANY NAME) globally, in support of your clients

Required Skills and Experience
· 2+ years of work experience in the financial services or technology industry
· Prior experience in account management, relationship management and/ or supporting harvesting and growth opportunities
· Strong interest in FinTech, with prior knowledge of databases
· Familiarity with buy-side investment management workflows
· Proficient in market trends and industry knowledge
· Working understanding of equity, fixed income and derivative markets, and analytics
· Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients
· Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and works well as part of a multi-disciplinary global team
Preferred Skills and Experience
· CFA, FRM, CIMA, or CAIA certification
· Account management / relationship management with external clients

For California only the salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. (COMPANY NAME) operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
