Associate Repair Sales

(COMPANY NAME) Elevator Company is searching for highly motivated candidates interested in starting a career in sales!

The comprehensive training program provides development opportunities that consist of classroom instruction as well as hands-on field learning. Sales Trainees will shadow Sales Reps/Account Managers, Field Supervisors, and Technicians to obtain business and industry knowledge as well as product training.

Following success in the 4-6+ month training program, Sales Trainees will be assigned a Sales role with a portfolio of accounts in a defined geographic territory which may require relocation.
Positions are available throughout North America. Candidates should be geographically mobile and location flexible to help ensure a fit can be made between individual preference and business necessity/requirements.

This is a salaried position and offers additional incentive compensation along with excellent benefits!

Essential Responsibilities
* Sell (COMPANY NAME) products and/or services upgrades
* Develop and explain the sales territory through cold calling and familiarity with local market conditions and competitor dynamics
* Identify benefits to the customer and opportunities to upgrade/replace products involved
* Service existing accounts to ensure retention of business
* Work to improve current and develop new business relationships
* Achieve or exceed planned sales objectives
* Provide technical support to current and prospective customers
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) products
* Monitor and manage the collection of accounts
* Perform product quality surveys
* Schedule necessary field resources to ensure customer satisfaction

Education / Certifications
* Bachelor's Degree required or currently pursing degree which must be awarded prior to start date

Basic Qualifications
* Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
* Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
* Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications
* Prior sales internship experience is a plus
