We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Modern Workplace team. This role is responsible for engineering, enhancing, and supporting our enterprise M365 ecosystem to deliver a seamless, modern, and scalable workplace experience. The M365 Engineer will work closely with cross-functional IT teams, business partners, and our existing engineering resources to drive automation, optimize collaboration tools, and ensure reliable, secure operations across the Microsoft 365 platform.

This position plays a key role in shaping our firm's frontier-level digital workplace with a strong focus on automation, user experience, and service excellence.

Experience with:
* PowerShell scripting for automation
* Endpoint Management (Intune)
* M365 Security & Compliance Center
* Purview/Data Lifecycle Center
* Experience in enterprise or multi-site environments
