Valeo's VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Biethigheim based in Germany belongs to Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Aftermarket project management support for 12 renewable 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?
* You support project managers in new project launches by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of SAP tasks, component releases, and product approval requests
* You assist project and account managers with packaging concepts and approvals
* You coordinate new product introductions in the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) from requirements to delivery in collaboration with Valeo Service
* You collaborate with logistics and account managers to optimize inventory and manage "All-Time-Buy" (ATB) topics

Let's talk about you…
* You are graduated from Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a technical background
* You already have experience in relevant project management or industrial processes
* You have a good level of German and English
* You have strong communication skills, are well organized, and possess good analytical skills
* You have knowledge of quality standards (e.g., FMEA, AQP, process quality) - an advantage
* You have knowledge of finance (e.g., development costs, product costs, manufacturing costs) - an advantage
* You are confident in using MS Office
* You have an international mindset, are open to new cultures and ways of working, humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic
