VIE Operations - Mechanical System Installation (MSI) (d/f/m)

Definition VIE
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. We are looking for highly motivated graduates aged 18 to 28 years, who are citizens of the European Union (all E.U. nationals, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). Candidates meeting these criteria and interested in a VIE, please register before your 28th birthday on the website www.civiweb.com. Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities
* Responsible for operational progress related to technical topics and development activities this has to be monitored and controlled
* Accountable for deliverables on time and on quality
* Synchronize customer needs with stakeholders to gather/formalize/cascade and prioritize requirements
* Creation of cost & resource planning with corresponding reportings/status reports
* perform Progress Meetings and Action follow-up within the Multi Functional Team

Desired skills and qualifications
* University degree in the area of industrial engineering, Aviation / mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field of study.
* First practical experience in the field of project management and engineering processes is desirable.
* Fluent in english C1 and basic german A2
* Project management, solution oriented, communication skills, stakeholder management, analytical and structured thinking , system thinking.
* Data analysis, Google application.
