Hydro Site Logistician is responsible for piloting logistic flows for his/her dedicated project(s) in line with Site logistics processes & tools, to support the construction of the hydro power equipments (Hydro turbines, generators…) supplied by General Electric Vernova. He/She is accountable for delivering the best level of service for material management from material reception to delivery for erection use, while ensuring optimization of cost, delivery time, quality and overall performance. He/she reports operationally to the HEU transport & Logistics Director & functionally to the Site manager. The role covers the following main responsibilities: - Supporting Site management on day to day operations, - Ensuring that Site logistics processes are well used and providing feedback to the HEU Site Logistics Manager to improve these processes, - Implementing Site logistics solutions & assisting Site Manager & Storekeeper with continuous improvement, - Management of reception of materials at site (interface with forwarding agent to anticipate site arrivals & inspection at delivery, goods unloading, packing inspection), - Piloting of material flows in collaboration with the storekeeper (material inspection, stock integration, stock-out) but also overall warehouse management (inventory control, warehouse activity control, material re-supply, tools & consumables management, repair management), - Interface directly with the different T&L communities when required (material & packing list, reception confirmation, transport ex-site...), - Optimize the dispatching of material within stock areas to enable quick accessibility to the material in line with the erection planning and so avoid multiple manipulations. - Supporting T&L department on logistics KPIs - The logistic manager will collect from the construction team the needed equipments and request the transport from the warehouse to the site in the logistic ERP To carry out these missions, you must speak German. CHALLENGES - Be recognized as a strong member of the HEU Transport & Logistics Dept. - Be recognized as strong support by the Site manager. - Ensure efficient coordination with overall site logistic local team (storekeeper...), - Bring added value to Sales, Project & Site Teams

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

- Foreign languages: German mandatory / English - Bachelor in Industrial Logistics (ISLI…), Engineer. - ERP, TMS & WMS, Flows mgt tools expertise - Excel, Word & PowerPoint expertise, - Material management expertise (Supply Chain knowledge, APICS certification…)
