Poste et missions : Within our US affiliate, The Financial Business Partner supports the Head of Finance and Supply Chain and the US Business Unit (OTC business and Orphan Drug) by acting as a Decision Support Partner with the internal and external stakeholders. The Financial Business Partner will provide reporting and insights to ensure positive financial performance of the subsidiary. Your missions will be as follows: Reporting & forecasting - Key player in Budget, Last Estimate, Monthly closing & Inventory update; - Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking; - Evaluate BU financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts, variance analyses, trends and provide recommendations for improvements; - Detect risks and opportunities; Report automation & Process improvements: - Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, Excel dashboards; - Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools including Power BI; - Promote the company's finance culture with a ROI approach on investments including Trade ROI and customer profitability; - Partner on ad hoc project such as BD projects
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
5 years' higher education from a business school, IAE or university with a major in finance 2 to 3 years' experience in financial planning and business partnering (including internships and apprenticeships) You have a good command of financial modelling techniques as well as a strong fluency in Excel (formulas and functions, VBA would be a real plus) Knowledge of SAP would be appreciated You have strong analytical and data collection skills - you have a good business culture You are solution-oriented, innovative and agile. You also have good presentation skills (comfortable interacting with management teams) and are recognized for your excellent interpersonal and writing skills. Professional English (C1 minimum) is essential for this job
