VIE - MRO Supplier Coordinator

In the context of our growing activity on MRO, Safran Seats is looking for an MRO Supplier Coordinator to join our team.
Within a multidisciplinary team in our MRO station, you are responsible for managing the flow of repairs that are subcontracted to external MRO.
As such, you are in charge of:
- Issuing repair orders to our MRO suppliers
- Managing parts shipment
- Approving suppliers' quotations after having analysed their relevance and compliance to the contractual terms
- Managing the day-to-day operational relationship with our suppliers
- Managing the order book to our MRO suppliers, monitoring suppliers' performance though relevant KPI, analysing potential bottlenecks, defining priorities and corrective actions to be taken
- Organizing autonomously regular meetings with the suppliers, formalizing minutes of meeting, proactively tracking actions until completion
- Coordinating internally with other functions (notably MRO sales administrators, quality, repair technicians, purchasing) in order to meet the performance target
- Escalating internally any major difficulty in order to ensure prompt resolution

You are a key contributor to the MRO shop's performance.

Parlons de vous

Education: degree in logistics, purchasing or sales administration (minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent)

* Supplier management or customer service experience in an international environment, ideally in aerospace
* Able to communicate autonomously with suppliers
* Responsiveness
* Rigor
* Strong team spirit
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
* Ability to propose improvements
* High proficiency with IT tools (Office suite, Excel, Teams, etc.) and ideally with M3 ERP
