With our 185 employees, we seek to strengthen our teams, make our processes more reliable and control our costs.
Reporting to the plant director, and with the help of his service managers, you contribute to the performance of the profit center and you:
*Analyze of our performance indicators: OEE monitoring tools audit and improvement
*Follow and monitor the start-up of the new milk sterilization line (launch in July 2024).
*Preventive maintenance plan improvement with benchmark from other Lactalis factories
*Validation of moto hours based yearly maintenance by Tetra Pak
*Work closely with management control to determine potential for performance gain and propose improvements, especially analysis of equipment bottle necks.
*Analysis of spare parts warehouse management and optimization proposal with the aim of finding the maximum balance between technical reliability and level of stocks

This mission is progressive towards a management position in maintenance

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your assets:

You are a graduate of an engineering school or a Bac+5 university course, and you benefit from a first professional experience (internship, work-study or first job), which has allowed you to rein-force your attraction to the equipment performance management and maintenance monitoring in industry.

Your leadership, your sense of responsibility and your analytical skills will be your main assets to succeed in this position.

You are looking for a position abroad in a different cultural, human environment and wish to de-velop your adaptability while developing your professional skills.

You master the English language and/or ideally the Russian or Uzbek language.
