Job Description & SummaryJoin our Team as an IT Helpdesk Specialist!
Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? We are looking for a highly motivated person to join us as IT Service Desk Specialist.

The IT Service Desk team at PwC Albania and Kosovo is supporting employees in using broadly understood IT resources on a daily basis. Our tasks include solving problems related to software and computer hardware and taking care of the proper installation and configuration of equipment. We operate F2F and use the Service Now ticket system. In addition, we regularly collaborate with and learn from our regional and global IT teams.

What you will do:
* Be the go-to person for first-level IT support, assisting business users in a vibrant, multilingual, and multicultural setting.
* Manage user requests in our help desk system, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
* Escalate infrastructure issues to the right channels and keep operations running smoothly.
* Prepare, maintain, and support IT hardware and software, following corporate standards.
* Keep local IT procedures and support documentation up to date.
* Deliver end-user training and empower colleagues to use technology confidently.
* Handle user administration in Active Directory and other systems.
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal PwC teams to deliver excellent service.

What are we looking for:
* University degree in IT or related area;
* Experience in Helpdesk, Technical support or similar IT positions
* A customer-focused mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
* Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Desktop OS;
* Good knowledge in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint templates and Excel macros;
* Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms.
* Experience with PC software configuration and installation.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise technologies (AD, SMS, etc.) is a plus.
