Job Description:

Ihre Aufgaben:
* Umfassende Exportabfertigung
* Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
* Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
* Fakturierung
* Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
* Annahme der Kundenaufträge
* Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
* Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
* Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
* Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache

Ihr Profil:
* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
* Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
* Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
* Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
* Selbstständiges Arbeiten
* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
* Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft
* Verantwortungsbewusstsein
