Lead Product Designer (all genders)

full-time position in our Product Management Division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
* Lead and mentor a small team of Product Designers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, fostering career growth, and developing hard and soft skills
* Build and inspire a high-performing, collaborative, and creative design team, championing accountability and a user-centered design culture across all tribes
* Drive end-to-end design initiatives, from discovery and research to delivery, using insights from usability testing and data analysis to guide strategic decisions
* Evolve and scale the design system as a global standard for Summit products, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with emerging trends and technologies
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders and product leaders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, while ensuring design excellence across execution

Your profile:
* Multiple years of experience and proven track record in product design leadership, delivering design excellence in complex, fast-paced environments
* Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Miro), user research, usability testing, and evolving design systems
* Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, prioritization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Confluence; knowledge of front-end technologies and mobility/EV Solutions is a plus
* Proactive, hands-on leader, able to influence stakeholders, drive collaboration, and advocate for users
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills, fluent in English and German, with French or Italian as a plus
