AUFGABENBEREICH

* Kleinere Reparaturen im Bereich Elektrik, Sanitär, Heizung, Türen, Fenster und Fußgängerwegen

* Durchführung von Kontroll- und Wartungsarbeiten in und an Gebäuden sowie an Außenanlagen

* Dokumentation durchgeführter Arbeiten und Meldung von größeren Schäden

* Überwachung der Reinigungsfirma

* Ansprechpartner für die Hausmeister des Vermieters

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

* Handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. Elektriker, Installateur, Maler, Schlosser) von Vorteil, bevorzugt elektrische Ausbildung

* Strukturierte und selbstständige und Arbeitsweise

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den MS-Office Anwendungen

* Führerschein Klasse B

* Bereitschaft zu fachspezifischen Fortbildungen

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung und handwerkliches Geschick
