Job Description

* Proactive support of team members in the development and expansion of our business with wealthy private clients
* Independent and proactive handling of day-to-day business including preparation and follow-up of client appointments
* Independent customer interaction (pending case management, correspondence, account opening, compliance, etc.) as well as order acceptance and processing (in the areas of securities, foreign exchange and payment transactions)
* Collaboration in the organization and preparation of client events in cooperation with Marketing as well as selective participation in representative events

Requirements

* Completed banking training with several years of experience in retail banking
* Commitment and a very high level of initiative
* High customer orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
* Very good knowledge of systems and IT
* Empathy and cultivated manners as well as very good communication skills
* Strong ability to work in a team
