Your tasks:
* You oversee transaction processing and invoice configuration to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
* You prepare, issue, and manage invoices for timely and accurate billing to clients and stakeholders
* In collaboration with process experts and software solution providers, you identify areas for improvement in transaction, invoicing, and pricing processes
* You conduct checks to verify transaction and pricing accuracy and promptly resolve discrepancies
* By gathering and analyzing data, you generate reports that provide insights and recommendations for improvements

Your profile:
* You have first experience as a Business Analyst or business operator in the area of transaction and invoice management, preferably in a high-volume environment
* Experience in e-invoicing would be an advantage
* A high technical affinity and strong analytical skills are essential for you
* You have the ability to work with multiple stakeholders from different geographies and management levels
* Being proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly, you make complex ideas understandable
