To support our Content & Campaign Strategy team we are searching for a Content & Campaign Strategist (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
What You Will Do:
* Continuous customer journey optimization through performance analysis (e.g. customer behavior) for onsite communication elements
* Get involved in cross-functional projects within the company including requirement definition, briefing and UAT for our team
* Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders with a problem-solving attitude to implement new onsite communication features and processes
* Development of new onsite communication features, in close cooperation with the product Management and UX Team for a unique user experience, based on e-commerce KPIs
* Creation of reports and dashboards with Google Analytics and Google Datastudio with guidance of our business & web analytics Team
* Strategy, implementation and reporting of personalized and segmented content and campaigns with our personalization software
* Onsite optimization: research, create proposals and concepts with the goal of improving existing and creating new communication placements based on e-commerce KPIs
* Identify new potential by analyzing our onsite campaigns and e-commerce KPIs Who You Are:
* Multi-year e-commerce work experience (advanced knowledge in the field of e-commerce / digital marketing)
* Excellent project management skills to participate in cross-functional projects with various stakeholders across the company
* Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of e-commerce KPIs and web analysis (using Google Analytics, Google Datastudio or other analytical tools required)
* Experiences in A/B testing and with personalization tools
* Very good English, written and spoken
