HELP US TO SHINE!
* You lead the team and, as Team Lead, address all concerns of your team members
* You work closely with Front of House Management and conscientiously implement JW Marriott standards
* At night, you are the first point of contact for our guests and are available to address all concerns-in person and by phone
* You enjoy training new employees or trainees
* Checking in and out our domestic and international guests is more of a passion than a job for you
* You independently handle all billing in our PMS (Opera)
* You verify payment guarantees (C/I) and ensure accurate billing (C/O)
* You collect the daily takings from all F&B outlets and perform the daily closing and nightly run
* You review credit card statements and manage sales
* You advise our guests on the location, amenities, and full range of services offered by our hotel
* From time to time, you will make restaurant reservations or similar arrangements for our guests
* You will conduct regular security patrols, monitor entrances and exits, and ensure that all emergency exits are clear and accessible
* You will maintain close collaboration with all departments to ensure a unique hotel experience
* You value our guests' praise and feedback, as you play an essential role in achieving our satisfaction goals
* You will manage bookings and prepare reports and statistics

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!
* Completed hotel management training and/or a degree in hotel or tourism management
* Solid experience in the front office
* Initial leadership experience
* Warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English; any additional languages are a welcome bonus
* Knowledge of Opera is a plus, but not required
