Adhesive Technologies Strategy / Business Development Marketing Germany, Düsseldorf, North Rhine Westphalia Full Time Regular Apply for this role
About this Position
What you´ll do
* Responsible - together with the Central Product Management team - for implementation of Portfolio Intelligence projects across all SBUs within Adhesive Technologies
* Support initiative "MFO / Sample Excellence" by implementing & rolling out a BI-Reporting environment
* Collaborate with business stakeholders on Complexity Management Analytics to identify phase-out products, perform gap analysis, and improve decision-making through enhanced data inputs.
* Coordinate the Product Portfolio governance process and framework and monitor all related metrics
* Suggest solutions for Portfolio Intelligence Hub to integrate data and support reporting for stakeholders
* Develop frameworks, concepts & presentations for improvement of Product Management processes
* Make sure defined requirements are documented and transferred for implementation to supporting dxA organization
* Coordinate implementation, testing and user acceptance of delivered solutions, rollout across all SBUs and regions
What makes you a good fit
* University degree in Business or Management
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Product Management, Strategy, Market Research, Market Intelligence or related area
* Strong analytical and technical skills (Excel, PowerBI, Data Bricks, etc.) with a solid understanding of operational processes and financial models combined with ability to integrate and interpret data from multiple sources and simplify complex topics
* Proven experience in working with business stakeholders in SBUs (incl. Product & Technology Management, Marketing and SBU executive management) on different levels from individual contributors to top management
* Confident communicator with effective influencing and presentation skills when working with large user groups
* Fluent English skills
