Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Koordination und Umsetzung bereichsspezifischer Digitalisierungsthemen im Einklang mit Gesamtstrategie und gemeinsamer Vision der Produktion
* Strategieentwicklung und Innovation von Digitalisierungsfeldern für das Modul, einschließlich des Einbringens und Testens neuer digitaler Arbeitsmethoden
* ExMS Site Coordinator Verantwortung für Koordination und Administration des Experimenten-Management-Systems des Standortes, inkl. Management von Zugriffsrechten, Schulung der Anwender sowie Abstimmung mit Key Usern und FE-Cluster
* Digitale Lösungen z. B. Dashboards, Workflows, KI-Anwendungen nachhaltig in den operativen Betrieb überführen
* Sustaining der eingeführten neuen Prozesse und Methoden (z.B. KI-Agenten weiter trainieren oder first level support bei Workflow-Problemen im Modul)

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. im (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, in der Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
* Erfahrung: Idealerweise verfügen Sie über mehrjährige fachspezifische Erfahrung im Bereich Informationstechnologie, Halbleiterproduktion, Automatisierung oder Einzelprozess. Erfahrung in der Prozessoptimierung und -automatisierung ist von Vorteil
* Technische Fähigkeiten: Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Daten und Datenverarbeitung und besitzen Programmierkenntnisse in Sprachen wie z.B. Knime, Python. Ein Verständnis von KI-Modellen und Machine-Learning-Algorithmen ist ebenfalls erforderlich
* Starkes digitales Mindset sowie sicherer Umgang mit IT- und datengetriebenen Fragestellungen (z. B. Tableau, KNIME etc. Vorteil)
* Sprachkenntnisse: Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
