Operations Project Manager (m/f/d)

Descripción del puesto:

* Manage, lead and implement Product Related projects in a continuous changing environment:
- Renovation/Innovation projects
- Productivity projects (Raw Materials & Packaging, Controllable, etc.)
- Secure supply projects (New suppliers/sites approval, contingency plan settlement, etc.)
- Quality and Regulatory driven product changes
* Leading cross-functional project teams,
- Mobilize and drive cross-functional resources to deliver projects results on time
- Drive issue resolution with the cross functional team and align clear recommendations on way forward
* Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including communication of project status to Plant Leadership Team(s) and regional Director platform (Fuel for Growth)
* Responsible for achieving and implementing the milestones in time, scope, quality and budget

* Bachelor degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent
* At least two years of working experience, best in Project Management or related fields
* Ability to manage and lead cross-functional and international teams
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Analytical, goal-oriented and independent working method
* Very good knowledge of MS Office and preferably project management methods
* Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
