Für unser neues Plasmapherese-Center in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Center Manager (m/w/d)
Vollzeit mit 38,5 Std./Woche

Für folgende Aufgaben sind sie verantwortlich:
* Leitung des Plasmacenters und dessen organisatorische Arbeitsabläufe
* Personalmanagement sowie die bedarfsgerechte Personaleinsatzplanung
* Sicherstellung des Spendebetriebes
* Produktions- und Kostensteuerung
* Sicherstellung, dass das Plasma entsprechend der Guten Herstellungspraxis hergestellt, gelagert und gekennzeichnet wird.

Wir erwarten für diese Position:
* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder medizinische Berufsausbildung
* Wünschenswert ist Erfahrung in Personalführung und Organisationsmanagement
* Wirtschaftliches und analytisches Denken und Handeln
* Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
* Großes Interesse an der Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozess- und Arbeitsabläufen.
