Job Description
At our Gillette plant in Berlin, which employs around 500 people, we use state-of-the-art high-tech control and manufacturing systems to produce wet-shaving heads for the premium Fusion, Labs, and Venus shaving systems.

About the Role
As Site Digital Application & AI Governance Leader, you ensure the governance, compliance and sustainable use of digital and AI-enabled applications supporting manufacturing operations.
You own the site's digital application portfolio, build strong Application Owner capability, and ensure solutions are secure, compliant and value-creating across their lifecycle. You work closely with Manufacturing, Quality and central Digital, Data and AI teams to scale best practices and accelerate impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Own governance and stewardship of the site digital and AI application portfolio
* Ensure applications are registered, risk-assessed and aligned with business continuity requirements
* Build capability of Application Owners and Key Users across the site
* Drive compliance with digital assurance, data and AI governance standards
* Lead site execution of application stewardship processes (access, change, quality, records)
* Act as primary site interface to central governance and audit teams

Job Qualifications
What You Bring
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data or Information Systems, or completed vocational training
* Experience with digital, data or analytics applications
* Good understanding of application lifecycle management, governance and risk
* Ability to work independently in a matrix organisation
* Structured, collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
* Preferred: Experience with data platforms or AI-enabled applications and manufacturing operations
