We're a motivated, international product and tech team that owns the full ABOUT YOU Outlet experience from concept to launch. Engineers, quality assurance specialists, product managers, and UI/UX designers work closely together - combining technical excellence with a strong focus on the user. We move fast, stay aligned, and turn ideas into solutions.

Job Description:

* Support operational price steering and develop an understanding of pricing KPIs
* Identify opportunities to optimize and automate operational pricing processes, improving efficiency, scalability, and data quality within the pricing setup
* Conduct analyses and investigations to understand pricing processes and platform interactions, helping to identify and prevent potential price interferences across ABOUT YOU systems

Qualifications:

* Ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, or another quantitatively oriented field
* Solid MS Office skills (especially Excel)
* Strong analytical mindset and solid understanding of numbers
* A proactive, reliable personality suited for a fast-paced scale-up environment
* Quick comprehension skills and a structured way of working
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Teamplayer with open communication
Nice To Have
* First experience in pricing, controlling, or analytics
* Experience with SQL / other languages or interest to learn
