Clinical Feasibility Strategist & Optimizer (all genders)

The main purpose of this role is to manage, coordinate, and guide the conduct of indication, protocol, and site feasibility assessments. As a Clinical Feasibility Strategist & Optimizer (all genders), you will liaise with Program and Study Teams to integrate demand, frame and solve problems, communicate analytics insights, and support interpretation to shape implementation in specific business contexts. This requires orchestrating and interpreting data-driven insights obtained from internal teams and specialized external vendors while fostering a continuous learning environment across the organization.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Work with Program and Study Teams to identify and integrate demand for CTFA deliverables into the CTFA pipeline and support leadership in demand prioritization and portfolio management activities

* Manage, coordinate, and guide the conduct of indication, protocol, and site feasibility assessments; use internal and external analysis and data to provide robust, data-driven recommendations

* Act as a key interface and strategic advisor to Program and Study Teams, formulating problem statements, objectives, and agreeing on operational study set up and key program milestones

* Collaborate closely with Insights Extractor to steer activities, ensuring value creation in collaboration with internal analytics and vendors

* Support teams in interpreting CTFA analysis and translating insights into options for Clinical Operations Roadmaps

* Continuously drive the evolution of CTFA services by collecting and integrating customer feedback and improving ways of working and vendor selection

* Engage with external customers and vendors to foster relationships and gather insights that inform clinical development strategies

* Actively participate in internal and external discussions to share best practices and lessons learned across projects and portfolios

WHO YOU ARE

* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification with relevant work experience

* Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on clinical development including feasibility assessments

* In-depth understanding of the clinical drug development and commercialization process, including regulatory requirements and guidelines

* Extensive experience in clinical operations, feasibility assessments, protocol assessments, and trial performance metrics

* Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with respect to complex clinical development data

* Strong technical skills and experience with clinical intelligence tools and sources

* Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams

* Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex topics
