Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

* Lead and coordinate tendering activities for digital solutions, ensuring competitive bids in collaboration with Regional Service Centres.
* Maintain and improve the digital solution calculation tool, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
* Develop and update documentation for new digital products, including calculation logic and methodologies.
* Support market positioning and pricing strategies for digital service products.
* Train and support Regional Service Centres in promoting and tendering digital solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, project partners, consultants, and agents.
* Manage risks and opportunities to optimize the company's commercial and contractual position.
* Contribute to commercial strategy development, team development, and provide feedback on technical trends

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Experience with automation, digital products, and related business models.
* Proven Experience in Solution selling.
* Knowledge of digital products in WtE or RG plants is an advantage.
* Several years in sales, proposal management, or product management in the power industry.
* Experience in product management and documentation.
* Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills.
* Advanced negotiation and contract management experience.
* Understanding of industry business practices, service agreements, and commercial/contractual concepts in digitalization.
* The role requires moderate travel (15-30% annually; 30-70 days per year)
* Fluent in German & English; additional languages advantageous
