- Extensive experience in ERP/Workday data migration programs
- Proven client-facing leadership and executive communication
- Strong program management, governance, and risk oversight
- Experience managing multiple migration cycles (mock loads, validations, cutover)
- Ability to set strategy and manage steering committee updates

Minimum: Led at least 1 large-scale ERP migration, experience with APIs, ability to create and present slides
Nice to Have: Prior Workday migration oversight, cloud or integration knowledge, and a strong client relationship management track record.
