The Total Rewards Specialist will be a key member of the Global Compensation team, supporting the implementation of AI-based tools and production of data driven insights that inform our global pay and market intelligence strategies. This role requires strong analytical capability, deep attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualization tools to support decision-making across Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze large and complex datasets using Power BI and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and insights in compensation, pay movements, and market positioning.
* Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support leadership and HR stakeholders.
* Conduct deep-dive analyses on pay competitiveness, market movement, and internal positioning to support compensation program design and pay decisions.
* Translate quantitative findings into clear, data-driven narratives and recommendations for global and local Total Rewards initiatives.
* Partner across team and within rewards to enhance analytical frameworks, tools, and methodologies used within the compensation function.
* Support ad hoc benchmarking, modeling, and reporting to enable data-informed total rewards strategies.
* Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation technology and data tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation within the rewards function.
Qualifications
* Experience in data analysis using Power BI, Excel, and Python (advanced proficiency required).
* Demonstrated experience with market data and compensation surveys.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and synthesize insights.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
