Inbound Warehouse Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract - 9 Months)
Location: Polo Industrial de Ezeiza, Carlos Spegazzini
Contract: Fixed-term contract, March to December 2026

We are currently looking for an Inbound Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at the Polo Industrial de Ezeiza, Carlos Spegazzini, in a fixed-term position for 9 months (March to December 2026). This role is critical to coordinating and ensuring the efficient execution of Inbound, Cycle Count, Non-Conforming Materials, Sampling, and internal material movement processes, while guaranteeing compliance with GMP, HACCP, Safety, Quality, and Lean Manufacturing standards.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong operational and leadership capabilities, a results-driven mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and a solid commitment to safety, quality, and inventory integrity in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What you'll do for us
* Coordinate daily Inbound, Cycle Count, and Non-Conforming Materials activities, ensuring adherence to the receiving schedule and proper inventory handling.
* Ensure the efficient operation of receiving, sampling, and internal material movement processes, meeting established productivity targets.
* Guarantee that all activities are executed in accordance with GMP and HACCP requirements, actively participating in quality and food safety routines.
* Oversee proper receiving, storage, and material movements to minimize damages, losses, and inventory discrepancies.
* Lead and supervise the operational team, ensuring activities are performed safely without compromising Food Safety or Safety standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and productivity enhancements across the area.
* Achieve key operational indicators (KBIs), including PDR, SDR, TDQ, Productivity, OEE, Cost of Non-Conformance, and LTI.
* Support Cycle Count and Non-Conforming Materials management processes.
* Execute the Performance Enablement process for direct reports, fostering development, engagement, and a high-performance culture.
What are the qualifications needed
* Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Safety, and Quality standards.
* Experience leading and coordinating operational teams.
* Ability to manage performance indicators and drive results.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
* Availability to work on-site at Polo Industrial de Ezeiza, Carlos Spegazzini.
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
* Knowledge of inventory management and non-conforming materials processes.
* Background in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods industries.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
