Context of the vacancy
The position is a new role that reports to the Business Leadership Team to enable the management of current strategic accounts and development of new ones.

Mission
Have a positive impact on the company reaching:
* A defined turnover with its related profit;
* Our main indicators: customer satisfaction, project success rate & retention;
* A perfect understanding of the C-level concerns & liaise it with our service lines.

Deliverables
Together with your manager:
* Farm accounts in Europe;
* Develop new logos on the Belgian, French & Italian markets;
* Master the source to contract processes with our customers;
* Manage a community of consultants;
* Continuous improvement.

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Your personality & background
* Efficient & energetic;
* Open feedback culture;
* Rational & sharp minded;
* Have a long-term vision, leading to a smart decision making process;
* Master degree;
* Previous experience in a business related function;
* A proven experience in the consulting sector is a serious plus;
* Fluency in Dutch or French, bilingual English;
* Experience with the use of a CRM (preferably Sales Force)
